We outspend the rest of the world per person and still the bottom 1/2 of our population receive negligent to primitive care.
We have got to become human centered and provide care for our neighbor's well being. It is even more basic than education, fire, trash pickup, etc. We are humans. We watch out for our own.
The industry's hospitals and middlemen have become grotesquely rich while the quality of the nation's combined health care delivered is plummeting. It is an embarrassment when compared to ANY industrialized nation.

Of course they are not allowed to let up on their constant threats of murder of the Iranian people so the markets will have to stay high to account for their instability.
They want to drill our comparatively tiny reserves so they can act with abandon around the world and keep the domestic supply somewhat stable for 5 to 10 years.
These guys epitomize the self centeredness of the baby boomers. Their idea of long term planning is in terms of the next election cycle..... While our economy and environment is driven faster toward the point of no return.
