Firms like Phibro HAVE GOT TO BE REIGNED IN TO STABILIZE THE ENERGY MARKET. THE FUNDAMENTALS ARE THE SAME, THE ONLY CHANGE IS CONGRESS' GIVING TRADERS UNREGULATED UNFETTERED ABILITY TO ARTIFICIALLY DRIVE UP THE PRICE OF A MOST BASIC OF RESOURCE.
